30-Day Return Policy

At TOURMALIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@tourmalis.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
